### Jesse Koster

*Partner and founder*

Jesse founded Sedona to build a focused value-add residential platform in the Netherlands, acquiring, repositioning and transforming existing buildings into homes. Before Sedona, he spent several years at Orange Capital Partners, where he executed over EUR 1.9 billion of real estate transactions across Europe. He combines hands-on acquisition and asset management experience with deep expertise in dispositions, fund structuring and financing, and leads Sedona's investment strategy and capital partnerships.
